Yes, some local telecom network changes earlier in the week caused problems that eventually led to having to recycle and acquire a new IP for all my domains.

I have modified registration anti-spam questions and applied some new ban filters to try to limit recent bot activity. Seem to be coming from one IP group and two email servers.

The latest Microsoft layoffs are brutal. Was really looking forward to Perfect Dark, but now the entire studio and game got canned. Microsoft really is just the worst.

Sony not able to capitalize on the year and half of Switch downtime between Super Mario Wonder and Switch 2 launch will haunt them forever. Astrobot and Helldivers 2 were in there as a pleasant surprises for them, but not much else.

Tokon is a pretty strong exclusive to have, even if it is also on PC, but other than that, everything else in that presentation will also be on Xbox/Switch. Sony is clearly reeling from banking on too many live service disasters. Can't believe how barebones their release schedule is this year.

Biggest winner of Sony's State of Play? Microsoft. Not only did Sony put up a very weak exclusive showing, but Square Enix played the last card in their hand and it wasn't the feared Minecraft-Killer (and won't get one until at least 2028, so no need to invest in innovations)

Happy 10th anniversary to Splatoon! Honestly never thought i would ever be big into shooters again after the N64 era, but here i am with over 3000 hours across the Splatoon franchise.

Was originally Electronics Boutique before they dropped non-gaming PC software and renamed to EB Games, before being absorbed into the GameStop brand, which over time has drifted further and further from actual games and into game-adjacent stuff like merchandise.

EB Games was nice. It all went downhill when it became GameStop.
